Dr . Mettel is a very cold and emotionless woman, she is a very bossy woman especially toward men . 
She is selfish and heartless and a very manipulator, she sometimes flirt with men so they can do whatever she wants. However all the mad scientists are terrified because she actually froze to death one of the scientists there and she threaten the other scientists to the same fate except N.Tropy and N.Tombed who they actually respect her.

Story : 
Mettel had a normal life before, she used to live in Russia along with her father. Mettel was a gentle and kind girl who was fund of snow and ice so she decided to make extended studies about snow on a specified university where she graduated and became an official scientist. Mettel wasn't at all an evil scientist at all so she never joined the academy of evil. in her university years, Mettel met a handsome and a kind man there who became later her boyfriend. 

Unfortunately, when Mettel had discovered a way to freeze human and keep them alive frozen by creating a machine, but her so called boyfriend betrayed her, pushing her inside the machine and freezing her there forever and stealing her creation and take the credits. 
Few years later, Mettel did finally free herself from her icy prison, having physical modification.
Her skin became blue, her blonde golden hair became whiter, baby blonde color, and her ocean blue eyes became icy blue as well as her lips. At first Mettel was worried and trying making an antidote, but everything failed. That was when she discovered her powers. The woman had only one wish. it was to seek revenge to her boyfriend. 
She was training for few years before getting herself ready and control her power perfectly. She went one night to her ex boyfriend's house where she froze him there to death with her snow power, the man fought back of course, he took a knife and he stabbed her right hand, she has now replaced it with a robotic hand and she hides it with a glove. That moment she knew that she was an evil person. that's when her villain career started. She tried once to freeze the whole world but the bandicoots end up stopping her. She is currently the leader of the mad scientist's group.
